UPGRADE PROGRAM

If you would like to upgrade (size up) for your sterling silver/14k Caribbean Hook Jewelry, we will for a fee of $20.00 plus the $20.00 for S&H, upgrade (size) your bracelet or ring to a larger size. For all 14k gold jewelry we will upgrade (size) for a fee of $75.00 plus the $20.00 for S&H.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON ALL HOOK COMPANY JEWELRY

If for any reason your Caribbean Hook Jewelry becomes damaged or defective just return the damaged item(s). They will be promptly repaired or replaced if necessary, when sending in all sterling silver, silver with 14k gold accents, and all 14k gold, send a check or money order for $20.00 to cover S&H, with no additional charge.

For all Titanium items, the warranty fee is $30.00 & titanium cannot be sized. When sending your Caribbean Hook Jewelry in for repairs or (downsizing) please be sure to use a cushioned mailbag or box. The Hook Company, LLC will not be held liable for damages due to shipping, please insure all packages. Please send your hook jewelry to our address below:
